Cheese & Ham Casserole
This recipe was so incredibly tasty, but also a heart stopper and artery clogger. I would still recommend it, though. Perfect for a party brunch or a pot luck.

Guinness Cupcakes
I made these for St. Patrick’s Day, and then again a couple of weeks later, because they were such a hit.
